Agoraphobia, anxiety and panic attack update coming soon lovelies. For those of you who don't follow me on social media and don't know yet, after 8 years of being completely housebound I have worked incredibly hard over the last 2 years to start gradually conquering my agoraphobia and am now going out and exploring the world again! Still dealing with anxiety and panic attacks, but I am making a lot of progress with going out. I will be making an in depth video on my road to recovery for those of you dealing with similar things.
